USPS Oversized Extra Service Fee

The United States Postal Service (USPS®) has announced that effective April 3, 2022 an oversized extra service fee will be implemented for packages exceeding dimensions on domestic competitive rates (Priority Mail®, Priority Mail Express®, Retail Ground, Retail Ground LOR and First Class Package Service®).

Dimensions and associated fees:

· Parcels that exceed 22” but not greater than 30” in length, add $4.00

· Parcels that exceed 30” in length, add $8.40

· Parcels that exceed 2 cubic feet (3546 cubic inches), add $18.00

There will be no change to the price of First-Class Mail® or USPS Flat Rate Boxes.
