With eWISE from Royal4 and Walz Label and Mailing Systems your company has a web portal that allows customers and other users to access information in real-time within your business. eWISE uses secure web based login technology that is maintained by your in-house web administrators. The warehouse is the critical hub of the business, by giving customers and users real-time web access you can improve productivity and accuracy for all users.

Customers can login to view the most recent tracking status available for their orders. They can see a summary of all shipments, or view details for each individual shipment.	Users can generate and view reports with graphs in eWISE on their PC or smart device. Performance metrics are available to supervisors for employee activities, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. All available in realtime!	Customers can print any documents that you have allowed them to view (B.O.L., Invoice, etc..) on their local printer. The reports can also be viewed and saved as a PDF or opened and saved in Excel and emailed.	Working with the Royal4 engineers and Walz Label and Mailing technicians eWISE can be configured to provide virtually any view or function that is needed. This can be added at later dates, or part of the initial project scope and load.
