The Datalogic DSM04XX Fixed Scan Module is the solution you need for high performance fixed position scanning in a compact form factor.  It is the latest compact fixed scan module to enpower a variety of different systems such as kiosks, ticketing machines, access control systems, autonomous robots, and lab test equipment.

Rugged construction with high impact resin that is resistant to cleaning solvents and disinfectant solutions.  IP54 particulate and water sealing allows rugged and dependable scanning performance.

Simple integration:  The DSM04XX Fixed Scan Module provides simple electrical and mechanical integration.  Included mounting hardware allows mounting from all sides of the device at any angle.  Interface options include USB, RS-232 (or both) or multi-media interface allowing "plug-and-play".

The tiny footprint fits in most space constrained areas.  This device can be mounted just about anywhere. The DSM04XX can be used as a standalone scanner or integrated into the most space-constrained products to mobile computers, handheld scanners, self-service kiosks, medical and diagnostic instruments, lottery terminals and more. Workers can choose presentation mode for hand-free or trigger-activated mode for on-demand scanning.
