The Honeywell 8675i wearable Ring Scanner is a comfortable and easy-to-implement productivity tool for all mobile operators who regularly need to scan bar codes.
FlexRange™ (FR) scan distance, helps ensure improved efficiency in workflows with smooth, fast reading from near to far ensures that the full range (100% UPC from near contact to 5'/1.5m, 100 mil Code 39 to 33'/10m) has fast, intuitive scanning response. A standard range (SR) only option offers lower acquisition cost for arms-length workflows.
The 8675i triggered ring is simple to swap from right to left hand configuration and the finger strap buckle is both easy to operate and low-profile to prevent interference between fingers. The 8675i can be converted from ring to glove instantly and with no tools. Made of non-absorbent materials, the 8675i triggered ring wearable accessories are simple to clean with approved disinfectant agents.
The 8675i is multi-shift ready with an easy-to-replace battery to keep the scanner up and running. User-facing LED's communicate Bluetooth connection, battery state of charge and even battery health requires a replacement.
The rugged design of the scanner enables it to survive extreme temperatures, moist and dusty environments and high electrostatic discharges. Broad operating temperatures ensure unconditioned warehouses and frozen environments are no problem for the 8675i. It can also survive harsh use including drops to concrete and hits to metal racks and conveyor belts. New outdoor aiming guides provide accurate barcode targeting even in full daylight when laser aimers cannot be seen.
