The TNR VP-IL Series is designed for seamless in-line integration, offering up to 4 inches of total print area across four independently adjustable 1-inch print banks. Backed by Walz Label & Mailing Systems—family-owned since 1966 with real people ready to answer your calls across Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Missouri—this system delivers powerful variable data printing in a compact footprint.
Configure the VP-IL with as little as 0.5 inches of print area for minimal single-line data (such as barcodes or dates) to maximize cost savings, or scale up to the full 4 inches for comprehensive mailing needs. The system easily adapts to your workflow with a field-convertible right-to-left or left-to-right paper travel direction.
Say goodbye to problematic pinch rollers. The VP-IL utilizes a central vacuum belt with an adjustable vacuum fan and two adjustable side belts to maintain absolute control over your media—even directly under the print head. Furthermore, the open ink system accepts non-chipped HP45-style cartridges (water-based or solvent-based), massively reducing your ongoing consumable costs without locking you into a single proprietary supplier.
Equipped with software-controlled relay outputs for automated sort breaks and accessories, the VP-IL series pairs peak performance with exceptional value.
