The Afinia Label DLP-2100 high volume digital label press can print, die cut, laminate, slit, remove waste and rewind to finished rolls up to 60 ft. per minute - making it the fastest and most advanced digital label press in its class.

The label press is perfect for higher-volume label consumers as a way to bring label production in-house to simplify inventory, reduce costs, and create flexibility.  It's best for repeat jobs and a small variety of predictable sizes.

Print shops are using the DLP-2100 to offload short runs from larger, more expensive equipment or to add the capability to produce labels in-house - allowing for faster turnaround, better quality control and more profitability on lower-volume label runs.

Cut with magnetic flexible dies.  Cut any shape.  High production volume - produce more than 25,000 full-color 3x4" labels per hour.  Extremely low ink cost per label - via five (CMYKK) high-capacity cartridges.

High-capacity finishing:  The DLP-2100 is able to accommodate a massive roll of material (17.3" OD).  A re-registering magnetic cylinder uses easily swappable flexible steel dies that are low in cost and can be created quickly.
