The Alien ALR-F800 self-optimizing, Enterprise RFID reader provides the highest transmit power of any reading when operating Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) power while allowing seamless switching between DC power and PoE power.

The compact form-factor ALR-F800 features GATESCAPE web interface - built-in configuration tool that simplifies reader setup and configuration via an easy to navigate web interface.  More benefits of the Alien ALR-F800 is flexible connectivity via LAN,  USB, and Serial, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth capable via USB adapter, real-time RF antenna optimization and ease of field upgrade-ability.

The ALR-F800 has 8 output / 4 input / 12 VDC out (w/DC power) GPIO.
