The Formax FD 8206CC Cross-Cut Deskside Shredder
The Formax FD 8206CC deskside shredder has enough power to handle DVD/CDs, paper clips, staples and credit cards and is as compact as a wastebasket. This deskside shredder us a rugged cross-cut model and provides on-the-spot destruction of sensitive paperwork, phone messages and notes generated throughout the day.
The new design is quieter than its predecessor. This cross-cut model can shred up to 17 sheets at a time, up to 8.8 feet per minute, with a shred size of 5/32" x 1 7/16".
Standard features include Auto Start/Stop, Auto Reverse anti-jam technology, a dedicated DVD/CD infeed and waste bin, LED status indicators, casters for portability and quiet operation.
The dedicated CD/DVD input allows for safe destruction of CDs and the separate CD waste compartment keeps shredded CDs separate from paper shreds.
