Destroyit Shredder 2604 Level 2 Strip Cut from MBM with Auto Oiler
The MBM Destroyit 2604 Strip Cut Paper Shredder used by departments for medium type shredding and the super micro-cut model meets all NSA/CSS specifications and is DOD approved. The 2604 Strip Cut model can shred 27-30 sheets at a speed of 18 fpm.
Powerful shredder with ECC (Electronic Capacity Control). "Easy Switch" control element uses color codes and back-lit symbols to indicate operational status. Automatic reverse and power cut-off in case of paper jam. Automatic power cut-off when shred bag is full or when cabinet door is opened. The 2604 has an energy saving "sleep" mode after 30 minutes of inactivity.
The Destroyit 2604's blades are high quality, hardened steel cutting shafts that are soft metal resistant and can shred staples, paper clips, credit cards, and CDs. An interesting design is the automatic oil injection that insures optimal performance at all times. The Destroyit 2604 is a quiet and powerful shredder.
Destroyit 2604 is a huge shredder with a large shred compartment with easy-access door located in back of machine, and a pull-out bag frame mechanism mounted on rollers for easy replacement of disposable shred bags. For mobility, it is mounted on heavy duty casters. The Destroyit 4005 Strip Cut Shredder is perfect for medium usage.
Also available in 2604 cross-cut Level 4 and a Level 5 model. And a 2604 SMC High Security Level 7 model.
