The Destroyit 4005 features an impressive array of features, making this cross cut shredder a step above the rest. At security level 3 shredding, the 4005 effortlessly handles 30-32 sheets at a time in its spacious 16” feed opening. 

At security level 5 shredding, the 4005 SC effortlessly handles 24-26 sheets at a time with particle size 3/32" x 5/8".

At security level 7 shredding, the 4005 SMC effortlessly handles 10-12 sheets at a time with particle size 1/32" x 3/16".

 "Easy Switch" control element uses color codes and back-lit symbols to indicate operational status. The MBM 4005CC has an automatic reverse and cuts off power in case of paper jam. The 4005CC also has an automatic power cut-off when shred bag is full or when cabinet door is opened. The 4005 CC has an energy saving "sleep" mode after one hour of inactivity. Useful Electronic Capacity Control indicator helps prevent paper jams by indicating sheet capacity levels during the shredding process.

It has a lifetime warranty on its hardened steel cutting shafts, which easily tolerate paper clips, staples, CDs and credit cards. The pull out bag frame is mounted on rollers for easy replacement of the disposable bags and can store up to 44 gallons of shred volume. Lots of shredding, not much emptying.
