The DS-1200 G5iQ folder inserter is designed to operate at up to 12,000 envelopes per hour, which is the highest practical speed and efficiency available today. The high-capacity sheet feeder and vertical envelope reception stacker enables you to maintain the highest level of operational productivity even for your most demanding mail processing jobs. The DS-1200 G5iQ is streamlining the entire mailing process, from input to throughput to output, even during peak or rush times.

Reduce off-line work and easily personalize every envelope. Output options include dynamic envelope printing, addressing, metering or stamp affixing.

HIGH-CAPACITY MOBILE TROLLEY SYSTEM 

Quadient's unique and exclusive mobile trolley system minimizes material handling and offers maximum document transport efficiency. One-touch loading and plug-and-play design enable secure and convenient transportation of up to 5,000 sheets between printers and inserters. A multi-job mode enables multiple job runs in one batch without stops.

FLEXIBLE BARCODE READING 

The DS-1200 G5iQ is equipped to read a wide range of barcodes - including 1D,2D, QR, OMR, and OCR -anywhere on the page for fast, efficient processing. Its cameras automatically adjust for each job. Documents and inserts can be read from both sides and from top to bottom.

FULL-FORMAT MODE AUTOMATIC ENVELOPE SELECTION

The system can insert up to 80 pages into flat-sized envelopes at speeds up to 32,000 per hour, plus add up to eight inserts. The maximum pack thickness is up to 10mm. The DS-1200 G5iQ can dynamically select the envelope size based on the page count, reading code, or control data from the AIMS management system.

AUTOMATIC JOB CHANGE

The DS-1200 G5iQ’s fully automatic job change enables the user to complete a wide variety of applications, even involving different envelope sizes, in a single day. Operators can switch from one job to another in minutes not in one-half hour or more. This allows you to have minimum downtime between jobs.

FULLY CONFIGURABLE SYSTEM

Whatever your business requirements, the DS-1200 G5iQ can be configured with the appropriate modules to precisely meet them.
