The Quadient DS-1200 G4i is the fourth generation of the most flexible, efficient and easy-to-use mail inserting system on the market.

The DS-1200 G4i folder inserter is designed to operate at up to 12,000 envelopes per hour, which is the highest practical speed and efficiency available today. The high-capacity sheet feeder and vertical envelope reception stacker enables you to maintain the highest level of operational productivity even for your most demanding mail processing jobs. The DS-1200 G4i is streamlining the entire mailing process, from input to throughput to output, even during peak or rush times.

FULL-FORMAT MODE 

The system can insert up to 72 pages into flat-sized envelopes at speeds up to 33,000 per hour, plus add up to eight inserts.

AUTOMATIC JOB CHANGE

The DS-1200 G4i’s fully automatic job change enables the user to complete a wide variety of applications, even involving different envelope sizes, in a single day. Operators can switch from one job to another in minutes not in one-half hour or more. This allows you to have minimum downtime between jobs.

FULLY CONFIGURABLE SYSTEM

Whatever your business requirements, the DS-1200 G4i can be configured with the appropriate modules to precisely meet them. Should your organization grow or change its needs, you can rest assured that you can simply upgrade or expand your DS-1200 G4i to meet your new requirements.
